Horizon Analysts and Researchers Network (HARN)

Horizon Analysts and Researchers Network (HARN) is an independent non-profit policy research organisation. It aims to bring together the knowledge, experience and drive of researchers, analysts and experts to better inform policy and to increase the understanding of realities in Northern Kenya.

Vision
Providing services and resources through the “central hub for data resources”, studies on issues of peace and conflict, ethical guidelines, community engagement meetings and dialogues through partnerships with related organizations.
Mission
HARN cultivates on its vast network of experts to aid cope with the growingly complex strategic environment for policy formulation and decision-makers in all fields across Northern Kenya.
